Okay so this workout will really work your abs! After this training session on the very next morning my client messaged me saying he needed a good amount of 20 attempts to get out of bed, hahaha. :)

Now how you should do this workout! I formed a cycle which aim were both working the abdominal muscles and training for the dragon flag. Hence why I made my friend and client start with the Dragon Flag as a first exercise.
In other words you need to execute 1D, 2D and 3D one after another with no pauses and that will count as one set. After each set rest for a short minute or two and repeat it 3 times.
Then I wanted to provide the core with a bit more training and we both did Jack LaLanne’s famous hold(photo at the top of the article). If you are going to try it for the first time arrange that there is a wall not that much behind you. So in case you start slipping backwards the heels of your feet will get in contact with the wall thus stopping yourself from hitting the ground.
As you’ve probably already noticed the hold is performed on your fingertips. Work the fingers you’ll soon need them as our workouts get more challenging!
Next we did some fingertip push-ups which warmed up the triceps and pecks so I thought why not finish them with couple more exercises. The whole workout took us a bit more than an hour.
