1.Pseudo Back Lever
Uhmmm, not quite there, not quite there. Recently I’ve noticed Tosho has some “stronger” workouts and some “weaker” ones. Factors like emotional condition, stress and such do reflect on your performance. Be consistent and do consider what’s happening if you encounter a bad workout.
2.Inverted Shoulder Circles
I just love this exercise. Whenever I train several muscle groups at a time I feel the best. It’s like one bullet two rabbits sort of thing. But it puts more stress on the muscle groups that’s why you should be giving them an adequate resting time.
3.Boat
This one is perfect for the lower back.
4.Shoulder Lat Pulls
And yet more for the back, more for the shoulders, more for the biceps.
5.Dragon Flag
Ha, I am so happy seeing him having progressed so much with the dragon flag. Just thinking how hard the tucked progression used to be for him. It’s all lots of sweat and patience. And it comes down to you.
