This was Tosho’s first workout when he held the one leg extended Back Lever on his own. Form was not perfect but hey it was out of the picture just like a month ago! We are steadily progressing and that’s making me happy! :)

1.Back Lever

I felt like Tosho’s built enough strength to fight this Back Lever variation on his own. So I let him try it on his own and it seemed just about right. You’ll see in the later workouts how smoothly he manages this variation now.
2.Shoulder Pull-Back

This exercise works awesome the back head of the shoulder. Definitely a must for the back workout.
3.Shoulder-Lat Pulls

And one exercise for the front head of the shoulder and the lats.
4.Lastics Raises

Another exercise for the upper back. :)
5.Dragon Flag

One may ask why am I making him do dragon flags if he already mastered them. Well because I want his abs to stay in shape until he manages the front lever.
